    Injection Question

    Tonight is my 2nd shot of Test C and I am pinning my right shoulder this time. Probably a stupid question to most of you but those who are getting to know me here know that I just want to be precise in everyway! Today was shoulders and tris at the gym and my question is: is there any negatives in injecting a muscle that was severely worked only a few hours prior to injection? Perhaps more pain in the coming days? Sorry for the ignorance!

    Yea, I'm 3 pins in on a Test E cycle and I have had PIP on all 3. Left front delt, right rear delt, then left rear delt.
