    High heart rate

So, just had my 3rd pin today. Checked my heart rate and it was at 86bpm, Im normally in the low 50's resting heart rate. I hadnt been doing any physical activity before i checked it, just laying on my couch. Anything I should be worried about or is that a normal thing to expect?

Things to consider ; were you nervous giving yourself the shot? Was hr before or after shot? Had you recently had caffeine or even a meal ? (a meal can easily raise your hr)
Many factors can cause a temporary raise in your hr.
I would suggest that it is still in
A very reasonable range and was only affected due to outside stimulus...Did it return to normal eventually? Probably yes I'm guessing .. I'm a paramedic and these are all things I would consider. Hope this helps

55 is a fairly low resting hrt rt. i suppose you do a fair amount of endurance cardio? 80's is in the norm for moderately active people, your fine dude.

AAS can affect your rbc, blood pressure, heart rate and other metabolic activities. This stuff affects us and the by product is that we get bigger and hopefully, healthier.

Agree with TR. Mine went from mid 60s to upper 80s-low 90s on test alone.

When using Anadrol -50 particularly, my resting heart rate while on cycle went up to the 90s. Normally it is in the high 50s. I have never experienced that before, and will not be running Anadrol ever again because of that.
