Well, after a long and education read (new member here), I have revised my stack.
I was going to do Tren , Test, Masteron , and Equipoise . I don't think my bf% yet justifies the Masteron and Equipoise. I would tentatively guess its in the 20% range,
I'm 6ft3 235lbs, 44y.o (really old) and I usually lift about 6 days/week. I've been going steady to the gym for about 2years +\- I'm a 23 year Paramedic, 3kids, and I currently work on oil/gas rigs in the great Canadian North
I add this info because I'm in camp 2weeks in 2weeks out and meals are made for us (I always take the healthiest options available) lots of chicken fish and steak available.
I have decided that I will limit my stack to Test400x 400ml/week and tri-Trenx 100ml E.D ...I shall use Nolvadex throughout my cycle.
My supplements throughout include ; isoflex protien, and the Ripped Freak line,
I have previously done a Tren Ace/Test Prop stack twice with positive results, but thought the slight tweak in the compounds might facilitate even more tangible results... I'm totally open to any feedback, very interested to hear from the people here that are experienced with using these and what I can expect.. Also, when am I able to post pics of myself (hardly a work of art, more of a work in progress) but I think it would give people a better idea where I'm at visually. I'd also like to post pics of my namesake Thanks everyone in advance !Last edited by 73mustang; 09-29-2012 at 04:27 PM.

How long do you plan on running this cycle? Why nolva during cycle and not during PCT? How about HCG ? And you mention 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Does this cause a conflict in workouts? And what does your PCT look like?

Yes the shift work does cause conflict with my cycle, I live In a pretty small town (Dawson Creek), there are only two gyms, neither have childcare and my wife usually works day shifts when I'm home, by the time dinner is done and kids are on bed the gym is closed and they don't open early enough for me to go before everyone starts their day...frustrating as hell really. I do a lot of pushups, crunches, and dumbell free weights at home, as much as I can on those days. My PCT will be 2weeks at 40mg-Nolvadex
2weeks at 20mg, 2weeks at 10mgLast edited by 73mustang; 09-29-2012 at 04:49 PM.

also your still using the same chemicals as the other cycles. So i wouldnt expect much differences.
I agree the nolva should be for pct
you need an ai and hcg for on cycle
I would also look into getting you bf% down a little.
And if can you train on those 2 weeks? If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Training is possible on those two weeks but it is a question of life interfering with desire... It becomes a situation where I have to plan my whole day Ie. babysitter for 1.5 hours (pick up/drop off) and so on. Not making excuses, just calling like it is.

Sorry to sound crappy here but that kind off the whole point of steroids ...they are not a quick fix or aband aid for lack of dedication. Alot of ppl make huge sacrifices to dedicate themselves to this lifestyle. If you are not dedicated to your workouts and obviously not extremely dedicated to your diet then quite frankly AAS is a waste of $$$ and needles in your bumb

Not trying to argue, but my dedication lacks nothing, in camp I go everyday, I have dropped 40 lbs in a year. My diet improves with education, it's not from lack of commitment. It has changed 100% over the last 2years, with noticeable improvements.

I seriously think you should wait a bit before you start this. Spend more time here reading the stickies above this forum and learning from the membership here. Spend some time in the other forums as well.
Read this thread about AI's: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...n-cycle-Swifto
I would also suggest getting complete blood work done prior to starting so you have reference points. Be sure to include a full hormone panel and a sensitive E2 assay. There's a list in the HRT Forum in the Finding a Physician sticky that may help. We're not kids anymore and it's really a wise thing to do.
Good luck with this. Let us know how you make out and welcome to the forum!

I do have a kid...well almost an adult here shortly so yeah. Been there. Working 2 and even sometimes three jobs. Working different shift than the wife. School and sporting activites, Coached ball. Yeah...I def. feel ya.
I just know that AAS is a SMALL portion of the game. Diet is 60% Gym is 30% and AAS is maybe 10%. It isnt woth it if the rest of the things are not dialed in correctly. Have you considered a home gym. I am not a fan but some like them very well!

I am new to this, but my commitment is high, as always. I will find a way.. If the gym stayed open 2 more hours all my problems would be solved ><Last edited by 73mustang; 09-29-2012 at 05:36 PM.

Like Lunk said, consider a home gym. It can work with some basic minimal equipment. I've worked out in my basement for about 8 years now by myself. Haven't set foot in a gym in that time. Basic equipment and old school but you can get by.

Just ordered Aromasin ,and I already have the Nolvadex . Thanks for the great advice, will definitely keep you posted and will post some before and after pics... My hope is with a hardcore (proper) diet and everything else in place, to lose 15 lbs of bf in the 10 weeks of my cycle and add a little more muscle, I believe this to be a realistic goal, and will get me back to where I should be.
