Sus deca recovery ?

I am 5'7 190 currently on a 16 week run of sus 250 pinned twice a week my pct is in place I started at 170 lbs.
so I am looking for advise on using deca on my next cycle along with the same regimen
of sus what dose should I
and does deca shut you down harder than other aas ?

no such thing as harder - shut down is shut down. but deca sides can be worse than others..ie deca d*ck

recovery is no different provided your protocol is spot on.

300mg/wk is a good staring protocol for deca paired up with your sust dose.

Sir! I respectfully disagree with you. Trenbolone and Nandrolone , especially when used at large doses and extended periods of time can lead to a pretty hard shutdown. Shutdown does come with various degrees there are studies showing LH/FSH differences depending on the compound. Oxandrolone is a good example of a AAS which doesn't lead to complete shutdown within 4-6weeks.

For me, deca/fina phallus refers to being so shutdown so hard that PCT will not react to any stimuli. On cycle it's all good!

i appreciate your feedback Sworder. but we are not discussing length of time. my comments were directly relating to being shut down. example: are the lights shut down (off) and "harder" when i hit the light switch hard or soft? this is what i was referring too. too often people comment on hard they are shutdown when in reality its all the same.

i agree that some compounds witch keep you shut down "longer" or perhaps you will experience a difficult start up, but shut down is shut down imho.

Depending on the amount of androgens circulating will trigger the negative feedback mechanism and control how "hard" the pituitary should stop production of LH/FSH. There is not light switch it's one of those twisty dimmers imo Blood work usually shows this depending on the amount of exogenous testosterone being supplied. If you check out some of the guys on TRT their blood work will differ depending on if they are on 5g Gel/day or 150mg Test/week.

i understand completely. but once that dimmer is turned all the way, that's it. your lights are off. lh stops sending signals to testies and no more production of testosterone. i think we're agreeing for the most part.
