Taking the plunge.....1st cycle advice please.

Hi,

I've been training consistently for 3yrs now. I'm 33yrs old 5ft 11in and hold my weight at 83kg with 13.2% BF.
I have a good diet and im more than happy with my training regime, but im craving bigger gains and have therefore took the plunge and decided to do my 1st cycle. I've always used supplements i.e...Creatine mono...BCAA's, Vitamins, Minerals and of course Whey protein.
But now im thinking of adding a cycle of Tren & Prop.
Proposed cycle.....300mg Prop per wk and 200mg Tren every 5 days for a 8 wk cycle.

Just a start off cycle see how my body takes to it i.e side effects, using needles etc.

Also got some HCG for during later stages of cycle and Nolva for PCT, not sure if i'll need Nolva to be fair as i think HCG during back end of the cycle on small doses should suffice ( advice on this would be great please).

All advice would be greatfully received.

Your first cycle should be test E or C only at no more then 500mg's a week. You need to see how you react to simple test runs first. Also you need to be running a proper AI, PCT, and HCG.

Tren should not be used for some time. Test does amazing things. Take advantage of that.

What do you think of me dropping the Tren from my cycle and just doing 300mg of Test Prop a wk for my 1st cycle????

What PCT do you recommend for this??

I would run Test E or C for 12wks at 400-500mgs a week. You should read some of our stickies here as to what a AI is and proper PCT. It will help you out alot.

Well test is test. Its just the ester that is different. Running Test E or C is alot less pins a week, twice a week.

Welcome to the forum... I would definately not run tren for a first cycle.. its way to harsh and not close to necessary for a first cycle neither would I run prop cause the short esther you would have to pin very minimal of eod (every other day), id recommend test c or test e at 500mg a week, pinning 250 mg on Monday and 250mg on Thursday, you'll need a ai, and pct for cycle as well... nolva and clomid fo pct and a ai of your choice like adex and hcg... this is a basic begginer cycle which if everything as in diet and training are on point with your stats I'm sure you'll be extremely pleased with.... another reason not to be going with multiple compouns for a first cycle is in case you have sides with multiple compounds you wont be able to tell were there coming from and wont know how to adjust to take cade of the side... start with one compound and then you can consider adding one compound at a time to your next cycles as you wish...plus test will be the base to all your future cycles so you definitely need to see how you react to it... its a awesome first cycle though trust me I'm sure you'll be happy, hope i helped Good Luck

Very good point less pins sounds great to me.

So for instance say i was to use Test E at 400mgs a wk for 12 wks.

How much AI, say (Arimidex) would be good for this cycle.

Or can i use HCG as my AI during cycle

Test is a good dose, "that was my first cycle". I run Exexmstane for my AI. I use 12.5 each day or you can run 25 every other day.

I will take it all on board im going to do some more research on AI. defo going to drop Tren from 1st cycle. I'll save that for 2nd or 3rd cycle i think already brought it but it'll keep.

I've also brought the Test P so i'll prob have to suffer the pinning EOD for 1st cycle unfortunately but im defo holding off till im comfortably with AI.

I have some HCG can i use this as a effective AI or not???? if yes whats a good cycle.

A AI is to help control estrogen. HCG keeps your balls normal size/working. You need to run both.
