Taking the plunge.....1st cycle advice please.

I've been training consistently for 3yrs now. I'm 33yrs old 5ft 11in and hold my weight at 83kg with 13.2% BF.
I have a good diet and im more than happy with my training regime, but im craving bigger gains and have therefore took the plunge and decided to do my 1st cycle. I've always used supplements i.e...Creatine mono...BCAA's, Vitamins, Minerals and of course Whey protein.
But now im thinking of adding a cycle of Tren & Prop.
Proposed cycle.....300mg Prop per wk and 200mg Tren every 5 days for a 8 wk cycle.
Just a start off cycle see how my body takes to it i.e side effects, using needles etc.
Also got some HCG for during later stages of cycle and Nolva for PCT, not sure if i'll need Nolva to be fair as i think HCG during back end of the cycle on small doses should suffice ( advice on this would be great please).
All advice would be greatfully received.
