39 days since last pin...
I started a cycle of sus 500 mg a week (250 Mon and 250 Thurs). Well long story short I ran out prematurely ( do to my lack of proper planning). I had enough for six weeks. It's been 39 days since my last pin. I gained 22 pounds during the six weeks on and was concerned about losing it. Especially after all the research I've done since my ignorance of starting a cycle without everything I need including a proper pct. However, I am pleased to report, thanks to all the information I have received from this forum, that I've lost only 3 pounds! I've continued to train just as hard and eat a good clean 3600-4000 calories a day. I'm 42 yrs old and my sex drive hasn't declined either. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Is this normal? Or am I in for a rude awakening in the next few weeks?

You had to have gained a ton of water and fat on this cycle.

Water yes. A little fat, not much. Waist size still the same.

3 lb loss is just the start...

Didn't use anything else, aside from creatine. This was my first time using gear. Was ignorant to proper protocol.

I am guessing most of the gains were from increasing cals and working out harder...and water weight. I am assuming without looking at your stats and knowing you that you are nowhere near max genetic potential. Other wise you would never have gained and kept that much size on that short cycle. Like Austin as well...I would be curious as to you rBF before and now!

Lucky you have kept that much weight, id also be expecting to lose some more within the next few weeks. So you did no pct?

Nope. I was ignorant to the fact that it's necessary.

My biggest fear after finding out how important pct is was that my testosterone levels would drop so low that I would loose all my gains and wouldn't be able to get it up. My wife would wonder what happened!
