You'll get lots of different answers on this one. I never run any less than 6iu. What are your current stats?
To get size and muscle tissue gains out of hgh you will need to run at least 8 ius daily for at least 6-12, you also need to make sure the hgh is pharm grade and NOT generic
Depends what you want, 2ius has worked for me in terms of bf reduction and general health but as Marcus points out, it needs to be legit stuff. Muscle and size 8ius + per day is the gen recommendation, gets expensive! You could run peps alongside a smaller HGH dose to save cash
What peps do run recommend for fat reduction?
For some mass gains, you'll need to use it for an extended period of time. 8-10iu is not a bad range and is what most people need as most cannot afford pharma grade HGH. If you can get your hands on enough serostim or saizen or one of those top line brands you could probably get by with 5iu and grow fairly well, but that's going to cost you a butt load.
