Help With T3 Cycle.

Hey guys i just recently purchased a bottle T3 it is 200mcg/ml. I have done quite abit of research into T3 but yet im not 100% sure on how i hsould cycle it.

I Currently weigh 109kgs, and my height is 6ft 0in, as i am new to using these types of product i just need someones help into guiding me on how i should cycle and for how long with what intervals and if i should use any PCT after a cycle etc.

Any and all help welcome, im not worries about my muscle loss i just want to lose weight..... I am also training hard at the gym on weights with very minimal cardio. So if someone could please tell me how many mls i should take a day it would be very helpful

You dont want to use T3 unless you are on cycle.Beacuse you will lose muscle.

I understand that but at the moment i am not worried about muscle i just wanna get slim and then rebuild my muscle from start even though it will take longer!

And btw what is your recommendation as for using t3 because as i said not worried about losing muscle. But are there alternatives that would be better? Since i am a Vegetarian by religion and cannot eat eggs or meats or fish but can drink milk i cant have a proper diet.....

I see. It sounds like you've got a problem with your diet. I don't think you need to run T3. Most people think their eating habits are just fine. Most people are wrong.

You have to calculate your total daily energy expenditure. This will give you a magic caloric number. You will need to go into a calorie deficit of 500+ calories daily. Minding your macros, of course. (Fats, proteins and carbs). That's how you lose weight. -- this is all explained in detail in the nutrition section. Look for a thread titled DIETING 101: CUTTING.

I recommend you visit the nutrition section and post exactly what you eat in a day. Let the pro's there critique your diet and help you maximize your results.

Get up off the couch, chair, bed or whatever and away from the computer, tv, game console and get outside and walk, ride a bike, jog, run, swim or most anything every day.

Dont expect the fat to disappear in a week, month or even a few months. It took time to put it on, it takes time to take it off and using anything such as T3 or anything you think will burn fat is a waste of time and potentially harmful especially if you are overweight. T3, clen and stuff like that is for people who are already in great shape and need to loose some body fat due to competition or something like that. It's for people who are below 10% body fat IMO, not 30%

You need to adjust your diet. Mostly what you are eating. Dont starve yourself or try some stupid diet that will just make you give up quikcly. Best thing to do especially at first is just start eating a lot more healthy. Every-time you want a burger, fries, chips or whatever your weakness is replace it with an apple, grapes, vegetables. When you eat healthy and stay full/not hungry on good food you dont have those cravings nearly as much.

At my work people bring in donuts, cookies and other pastries almost daily. I hardly ever partake because I have no desire to since I am not hungry due to eating good food and always having snacks of some kind at my desk like nuts, fruit or veggies. It doesn't hurt to have something like that once in a while either so dont think just because you ate something not healthy you should give up. It's just part of the process.

Change your life style and dont look for a miracle, fad, pill or anything else.

Personally I think this is to much especially for someone starting out and over 25% bf. It's overwhelming for most people to do all that especially at first and much easier to just make some simple changes to their diet by cutting out the junk (we all know what that is for our self) and replacing it will good food. Once we get down to a good weight it's easy to start calculating everything to fine tune.

I went from 210 lbs down to 170 in about 6 months by only changing a few things and mild exercise. Life style change is where it is at. Get rid of bad habits.

^ respectfully, partially disagree.

I agree that folks need to get off the couch and stop looking for magic pills. However, someone that's been overweight for quite some time, probably doesn't know what habits to change in the kitchen. This would at least give him a goal and an understanding of how much cardio he needs to do, how much food to take in, etc...

Without that knowledge, results will be very minimal, if any. It's overwhelming for folks who want a magic pill. Not for folks who really want to be healthy.

^^^^ agreed. I only meant it can be overwhelming when someone starts out trying to break everything down meal by meal into macros and such but you/we need to start somewhere and it is a good took to see what you are eating, taking in calories and track how much junk otherwise maybe they just wont change. Good point austinite.

Thanks lovebyts and austinite, I dot sit around all day! I goto Uni and gym 5 days a week! It's my diet tht let's me down and I will ask for help on that! But as for a cycle for t3 are there no suggestions as I just wanna try t3 for short term to maximize effects whilst dieting and gyming

This is good advice bro lynx1. I believe u need to "adjust" your diet and lifestyle before anything else.

Nothing wrong with video games after you've put in your hard work for the day imo... I love relaxing and playing some madden or NHL

i agree but it is easy to assume that all i do is nothing, and sit around! if i didnt care i wouldnt be here , i dont look big and fat but the weight is there.....

did you read the link that magic gave or use the search function?

i doubt anybody will lay it out for you and since your bodyfat is high and diet is poor you will effectivly be wasting the t3

sort your diet start doing some cardio then consider t3

its not what you want to hear but its in your best interest, you need to put some work in or you will get nowhere regardless of what you use
