First time on juice please help
Hello everyone,
I'm 29 years old, 6'6, 217 lbs. I started my cycle 2 weeks ago,
i'm taking 175 mg of test enanthate + aramdex every 3 days. I eat 5 times a day.I also started taking a weight gainer (dymatize elite mass).
I'm not 100% sure i'm doing the right thing...Am I missing something?
How long will it take to see changes on my body, when i'm working out 5 days a week? I'd really want to go up to 240 lbs...
Any input would be much appreciated!

Not to be rude but, 240 from 217 at 350mgs/weekly is stretching it....Although, first cycle ive seen some pretty impressive gains. Personally me, I would have had you bump it up to 500mgs/weekly but, at least your easing into it This is a long ride, not a roller coaster. Your frame you could do amazing things!

^^^^Think im going to have to parrot everything from everyone above Im 6'3 and pretty intimidating...6'6 and a year or so under your belt with hard training, wow.

Zion, 4-7 weeks most likely, everybody is different though. Getting up to 240 on 350mg of test in this time-frame might be difficult. At least getting there lean is.
How is your diet? Because this will determine your gains the most. If you want to be 240lbs, you got to eat like you're 240lbs.

350mg of test a week is a waste of time if you ask me. Bump it up to 500mg/weekly. 500 is the typical minimum protocol.

Thanks a lot guys. I really appreciate your inputs. It's really helpful. I'm going to take my 5th shot tonight. I'm going to bump it up to 500/week.
Diet is good, I eat 5 times a day.
I wonder why i'm really tired after the gym...(is it because i'm a casual smoker..? )
