I'm currently in week 7 of 12wk cycle. When I first
Started I was taking 40mg dinabol's to
Kick start my cycle, (4 weeks only) along with
Taking 500mg test e, 300mg deca 100, and 0.5mg per day of a-dex to avoid gyno.
All still the same apart from the dina's.
I've been making good gains and increase strength up until a week ago. Gains still there, however, by the time I get my second set down I get a massive headache, as such I haven't been able to lift as heavy, by the time I get half way thru my workout my headache easer's off and I can pick up a bit.
Very weird. I've just changed my workout at 6wk mark and currently I do top half my body mon, we'd lower, fri top again, then reverse the following week. I change my weight training every 6-8wks.
I'm still lifting heavier with legs as I just push thru the pain but with chest, shoulders I'm losing strength.
My diet is clean, eating plenty of food, water intake has dropped a little but still 2litres per day, sometimes 3.
Could it be the gear? Or the a-dex?
Or should I try not do chest first and start with a different part?
Anyone experienced anything similar please advise...
