Just don't take a preworkout anyway they are shit for you and have shit compounds in them usually. Preworkouts are honestly for jokes both in their life and in the gym. If you love having an addiction to caffeine go for it bro! Alternatively if you love the tingling sensations from preworkouts just go buy some beta alanine powder, it's great for you and great to take before the gym.
Just drink coffee perhaps before you workout?

I agree with lovbyts, I like to have BCAA's and beta alanine before a workout. Personally, I don't see the need for a preworkout as there are many needless substances in most of them. There are better alternatives out there and I just think if you need a preworkout to be motivated to go to the gym then there's something wrong. There's a reason they have been banned from Australia.
Was going to run it 12 test 14 primo, but after talking with Austin im going to run it for 2 more weeks on each. 14 test 16 primo. I'll see how my gains are going and how i feel and take it from there

ive got a few mates who for the first three years of working out took a preworkout before every workout (five times a week) and then when they researched a bit and found out how pointless they are, they wanted to come off. they felt sick for three weeks afterwards with extreme lethargy and headaches due to the physical and mental addiction to preworkouts and caffeine
I ran my cycle and had a Pre Work out drink every time. I mix a scoop of Jack3d with a scoop of NoXplode. < Beast mode, lol
Not really, it don't do much after the first 2 weeks or so. But, i have a 5 year supply of this garbage so why not use it? If I had to pay for this crap, I would just drink a strong cup of coffee.

after 3 years of using pwo's daily, some googling told them it was pointless and they believed it? seems like they should have formed their own opinions on the matter after about 3 weeks. pretty much every adult in the western world knows that caffeine is habit forming and a bitch to wean yourself off of. next thing you know they are going to tell you that they just googled the health effects of soft drinks and are now questioning whether or not it's healthy to continue drinking them.
then the pre w/o's they chose were bad. some are horrendous, for example that Superpump crap poisoned me. how exactly did your mates come to a conclusion by researching, didnt they feel the stuff working?
im confused, if its giving a buzz, energy and motivation then hows it pointless? and if they used them everyday for three years of course they wouldnt feel anything, body builds tolerance to them, you cycle them into periods of intense training.

Pre workout drink's/ powders are great. Bad thing is my body ajusts in about a week to just about all of them. Gets pricey. As dec11 said, you have to cycle off or they are pointless.
When I used jacked I was doing 3 scoops for morning training and another two at night lol. I only drink one coffee per day right now. Ive used upto 1000mg's of caffine before...
I havnt went to green tea in awhile. May switch it up. I try to only use pre workout drinks once Im off cycle and in PCT.
i used to drink probably 8 cups of strong black coffee every day. was always chasing the last one. never works out well in the end. switching to green tea had some positive immediate and visible effects and lots of anecdotal and peer reviewed scientific evidence that suggests long term internal health benefits as well. glad i made the switch but man i do love the smell and taste of freshly brewed black coffee. ah well, such is life.
Someone butthurt? I've been reading on here that of some people taking four or five scoops of jacked a day. You seriously don't need that much caffeine do you even understand how bad that is for you? Surely there are other alternatives to getting "pumped" before the gym etc? You can't sit here and tell me that all preworkouts are good for you and that there is nothing wrong with them.
