    preworkout drink on cycle

    My buddy gave me some jack3d that he got for free. I've taken it before but never on cycle. Will it mess with the aas? Im currently running a test e and primo cycle at 500mgs of test a week and 800mgs of primo weekly.

    Just don't take a preworkout anyway they are shit for you and have shit compounds in them usually. Preworkouts are honestly for jokes both in their life and in the gym. If you love having an addiction to caffeine go for it bro! Alternatively if you love the tingling sensations from preworkouts just go buy some beta alanine powder, it's great for you and great to take before the gym.

    Sorry to disagree but a lot of people like pre or/or post work out drinks. I like a little BCAA before and a post workout shake to help with muscle recovery.

    Can you back up their comment that they shit? You will find that majority of this forum and most other forums will strongly disagree and to call people jokes honestly just shows arrogance

    I agree with lovbyts, I like to have BCAA's and beta alanine before a workout. Personally, I don't see the need for a preworkout as there are many needless substances in most of them. There are better alternatives out there and I just think if you need a preworkout to be motivated to go to the gym then there's something wrong. There's a reason they have been banned from Australia.

    Was going to run it 12 test 14 primo, but after talking with Austin im going to run it for 2 more weeks on each. 14 test 16 primo. I'll see how my gains are going and how i feel and take it from there

    Get your facts straight on reason for ban on 1.3dmaa, its direct and indirect rec use, same with ephedrine and restricted sale of precusors

    Nobody mentioned motivation except you, majority of people use it for energy and in turn they push harder

    Enough bad info, blanket statements and general bullshit

    Have hcg started 2 weeks ago at 500ius a week. My pct is the standard clomid/nolvadex. Also running arimidex along with this cycle

    ive got a few mates who for the first three years of working out took a preworkout before every workout (five times a week) and then when they researched a bit and found out how pointless they are, they wanted to come off. they felt sick for three weeks afterwards with extreme lethargy and headaches due to the physical and mental addiction to preworkouts and caffeine

    I ran my cycle and had a Pre Work out drink every time. I mix a scoop of Jack3d with a scoop of NoXplode. < Beast mode, lol

    Not really, it don't do much after the first 2 weeks or so. But, i have a 5 year supply of this garbage so why not use it? If I had to pay for this crap, I would just drink a strong cup of coffee.

    after 3 years of using pwo's daily, some googling told them it was pointless and they believed it? seems like they should have formed their own opinions on the matter after about 3 weeks. pretty much every adult in the western world knows that caffeine is habit forming and a bitch to wean yourself off of. next thing you know they are going to tell you that they just googled the health effects of soft drinks and are now questioning whether or not it's healthy to continue drinking them.

    then the pre w/o's they chose were bad. some are horrendous, for example that Superpump crap poisoned me. how exactly did your mates come to a conclusion by researching, didnt they feel the stuff working?

    im confused, if its giving a buzz, energy and motivation then hows it pointless? and if they used them everyday for three years of course they wouldnt feel anything, body builds tolerance to them, you cycle them into periods of intense training.

    ive been at this game for 22yrs and endorse jack3d as being a brilliant tool for training, all day long.

    ive been able to buy Dino Fuel by UK bb'er Shaun Davis, exactly the same ingredients as Jack3d, so you know what to go for lads.

    Jack3d being banned was ridiculous, they even tried banning creatine around 12yrs ago ffs!

    you can run it no probs.

    you do know primo is ideally run for at least 18-20wks?

    Yeah that's what austin told me, im trying to aquire another vial. At the moment i have enough to go 14wks at 800mgs per wk, and enough test e to run 12wks at 600mgs per wk

    Pre workout drink's/ powders are great. Bad thing is my body ajusts in about a week to just about all of them. Gets pricey. As dec11 said, you have to cycle off or they are pointless.

    i'm 3 days on 1 day off in the gym and use 1 scoop, 1 1/2 and 2 then day off and start over. still get pretty much the same kick i did a year ago. i think switching from strong black coffee to green tea has probably helped quite a bit as well.

    When I used jacked I was doing 3 scoops for morning training and another two at night lol. I only drink one coffee per day right now. Ive used upto 1000mg's of caffine before...

    I havnt went to green tea in awhile. May switch it up. I try to only use pre workout drinks once Im off cycle and in PCT.

    i used to drink probably 8 cups of strong black coffee every day. was always chasing the last one. never works out well in the end. switching to green tea had some positive immediate and visible effects and lots of anecdotal and peer reviewed scientific evidence that suggests long term internal health benefits as well. glad i made the switch but man i do love the smell and taste of freshly brewed black coffee. ah well, such is life.

    Its fine. I would only use it on workout days prior to training.

    As far as the question, how would pre-workout have anything to do with it? If you understand nutrition and the ingredients in it. You would realize the answer is no. If you're asking this question it makes me wonder if you should even be cycling. This is basic information and not even steroid related to be honest.     Someone butthurt? I've been reading on here that of some people taking four or five scoops of jacked a day. You seriously don't need that much caffeine do you even understand how bad that is for you? Surely there are other alternatives to getting "pumped" before the gym etc? You can't sit here and tell me that all preworkouts are good for you and that there is nothing wrong with them.

    I'm the same way. One week and the effects drop off. They should be cycled much like gear IMO and I've never encountered any serious withdrawal.

    Me either. I try not to use any while on a cycle. Then during pct i run them.

    That's the routine I've followed for 6 months now but I was way past due for cycling off PWOs.
