6'3 247lbs 15% I want to go sub 10% using T3, but don't have a source to prevent
muscle loss. Is there anything over the counter I can take? Is my bodyfat high enough to where i wouldn't have to worry about muscle loss anyway? Because of my numbers would you recommend a different cycle/schedule of taking it

How old are you and when was the last time you had your diet evaluated by an experienced pro?

embarrassed? that's ridiculous. nobody knows who you are??
head over to the Nutrition section and post up what you eat in a typical day and let those gurus have a shot at it. they'll provide you with some tips and tricks.
and going from 15% to sub 10% you'll likely give up some muscle, but you'll look incredible and be just as strong, if not stronger.

I am in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area. Can you think of place that does that kind of work?

I agree with the above posts. Check out AR-R.com for the drugs you seek after you're squared away.
