    First cycle, need reccomendations

    Hey so im a junior in high school and im my high schools starting outside linebacker (been since sophomore year). Ive been working out religiously for 2 1/2 years and cant put on any more weight. I eat roughly 3500-4000 calories a day, and 200-250 grams of protein. Ive been contacted by multiple colleges in my area that would love to have me if I could just get bigger (Boise State, Oregon, WSU). My question is what cycle of HGH and steroids would be best for a beginner to put on 15-25 pounds of muscle? I've done some research but am still lost on the topic

    My stats:

    Height: 5'10"
    Body Fat %: 7.7%
    Weight: 196

    Any tips on what HGH and steroids cycle would be best for a kid my age to increase height, weight and strength?

    welcome boomsquad,

    i would really do a lot more research on the dangers of using AAS at your age. there are other avenue to explore before venturing down the anabolic road. you mention 3500-4000 cals. perhaps you need to eat even more? or train harder. what is your TDEE? have you figured out what your maintenance cals are?

    wait a few years before using AAS. you have your entire life ahead of you. don't mess it up over a lousy cycle.

    No one is going to give you advice on how to **** yourself up. You're lying about your stats. You're not 5'10, 196 pounds at 7.7% body fat naturally with your experience. There's no reason to do that here.

    You need to learn how to diet and train better. Doing AAS right now is not the answer and not in your best interest. Shutting down your natural production could lead to lifelong issues.

    My suggestion is to hit the Workout and Nutrition Sections as you will benefit from these much more as you can make great gains on those alone.

    And get rid of that link. Against the rules.

    What types of food are these 3500-4000 calories coming from???

    My stats are the reason schools like oregon are looking at me, im not lying as your right theres no need to. All I was asking was the safest cycle for my situation as im already going to do all of this. Thanks for your helpful insight

    Here's your advice:

    You're way too young. Tampering with your hormones at such a young age can lead to lifelong complications such as limp dick, depression, substantial muscle loss, body fat accumulation, etc. I'm in your same situation, I'm 19 years old with a dire desire to get big. The reality is the cons greatly outweigh the pros. You have to think about your future. Eventually you're going to find a beautiful woman you love. What's going to happen when you want to have a kid and you can't because you're impotent? Or when you're in college and approached by the tight ass girls. What do you think their reaction is going to be when you can't get an erection?

    It's just not worth it man. If you truly want to excel then spend the next few years perfecting your diet, supplementation, sleep, and exercise routines and STICK TO THEM. You will gain and improve, no doubt about it. Not to mention you'll receive a euphoria that's second to none from knowing in the back of your head you worked your ass off for where you are and you earned it. Not to mention you can **** all the girls you want with no problems. Please hear me out.

    Listen to the guys BoomSquad, your are setting yourself up for a lifetime of disappointment. If your stats are correct you are well on your way, get the diet and training on point.

    If your a Junior in High school that makes you 16 or 17...I thought you had to be 18 to even be a member of this site!!!!!!
