Hi guys I'm deciding on a cycle to take place in maybe 5/7 months time.
The reason for the forward planning its giving me a goal to reach before I can start my course so I'm working over time on cardio.
Brief background
Used to be a big lad but never very cut always stayed around 15/20% bf but went up to 250lbs when training for strongman. Abs of steel weren't really what I was after when doing strength training.
I took a year off training to rehabilitate a niggling shoulder injury along with working in South Africa going through a really crappy divorce and I've just had a baby girl so training had to go.
In my period of time off I stacked on some serious weight but I'm addressing that with 7 days of fasted am cardio and a very carb restricted diet with all carbs to be eaten in the A.M.
I've shifted 18lbs and I'm going to be shifting another 20lbs before I consider cycling.
Stats
Age 28
Weight current 235lbs
Weight at beginning of cycle 200/210lbs
Bf now 23%
Bf when starting cycle 15 or below.
I have calipers so will be checking frequently.
The cycle I propse is:
8 weeks
150mg Npp
100mg test prop
100mg mast prop (not sure whether to bump to 150mg)
All to be shot EOD
I want to continue my fasted 40/50 minute am cardio and this is why I haven't chosen winstrol or tren for this cycle.
Pct is Clomid nolvadex
Have letroand adex on hand aswell as hcg.
All AAS will be brewed by myself so I'm not to worried about the pain in the dosages as I will be bumping up the ethyl oleate in them.
Can anybody see anything that could or should be changed in this dosing protocol?
