    Test e & anavar cycle... Need opinions!!!

    Hi was thinking of running my first cyc i am 25 at 179 pounds and at a height of 5"10. my diet will be around 3500- 4000 calories a day. need some help and opinions?

    this what i have decided on

    1-12 Tes E 600mg 2x wk
    4-12 Anvr 20mg a day too keep of any water which i have heard it gives
    1-12 arim .25mg

    2 weeks off (will be travelling for 12 days would i need anything on hand?)

    P.C.T (5 weeks) dont know what dosages too do this at

    I would seriously look at your diet before starting the cycle, if your diet isnt right you wont hold onto the gains. I'd advice you to gain at least another 14lbs before cycling IMHO otherwise you could be wasting your time and effect. Diet is everything!

    Start with 500mgs per week 2 x 250mgs twice per wk,
    20mgs of var will do nothing,
    nolva 40/20/20/20 clomid 100/50/50/50
    pct 2 weeks after last injection
    250ius hcg 2 x wk during the cycle
    a-dex 0.25mgs eod will be fine

    My Diet - lean bulk

    Protein/Carbs / Fat

    Meal 1 8.30am
    150g of quick oats
    300g egg whites
    30g whey
    universal animal pak
    71/83/14

    Meal 2 : 10.30-11am

    Mixed protein powders

    220g chicken breast (cooked weight)
    110g wholemeal pasta (cooked weight)
    100g Veggies
    77/35/8

    Meal 3: 1.30pm
    Same as meal 2
    77/35/8

    Meal 4: 4-4.30pm
    Large Tin of tuna 185g
    188g oat bran mixed in 30g of protein powder
    91/80/24

    Meal 5: 7-7.30pm (post wo)
    45g Wpi
    84g dextrose
    40/80/0

    Meal 6: 8.30pm
    300g lean beef/kangaroo patties
    200g veggies
    90/10/15

    Meal 7: 11pm
    50g micellar casein
    4 1000tg fish oil tablets
    1 500mg calcium tablets
    40/2/5

    Total: 486/330/88
    Total Calories: 3992

    That is the reason for var at a small dose just to keep me lean whilst i feed my body with i believe the best nutritional plan. or do you reccomened to go without it or try something else or even use clen ?

You're not going to be able to distinguish which steroid out of the two is giving you the unwanted side effects with no prior experience to either.
    1-12 arim .25mg Good. Arimidex 0.25 mg EOD should suffice. Adjust to 0.5 mg EOD if necessary.

    2 weeks off (will be travelling for 12 days would i need anything on hand?) Okay. Wait 14 days after your last injection before starting your PCT.

    P.C.T (5 weeks) dont know what dosages too do this at 4 weeks should suffice for a basic Testosterone cycle.

    Clo 100 mg/50 mg/50 mg/50 mg

    cheers bro. thanks for the help
    my bottle is dosed at 200mg/1ml and have 3 bottles reason for the 600mg do you believe its too much?

    Go with 400-500mgs, its only your first cycle

    How much are you going to run, you may not have enough

    If you want to use only 3 vials them you need to run 400mg week

    You dont have enough, you need to run 400mg if only 3 vials

    200mg/1ml = 2000mg per 10ml vial. i have 3 of them meaning it will be at 6000mg / 12 = 500mg per week is that wrong?

    You wont get 10 1ml pins from a vial, trust me im speaking from experience

    Go with 400mg as marcus suggested

    Or spend a little extra dough and order another vial and have some left over. It's up to you.

    i see. hopefully i can get my hands on another one if not 400mg is fine. my diet was planned after watching numerous seminars from many different body builders any opinions on it? thanks boys.

    also i have my mind set on this. just asking i have read around this forum that its possible to use test prop at the start and continue on with test e so the effects of test star alot quicker and growth begins within a week or so?

    This is possible but in all honesty I would keep your first cycle as simple as possible until you get to know your body

    Diet is fine i.m.o all I would change is the dextrose to oats, there different opinions on it but that is what I have always done

    Cals might be a little high though unless you dont mind gaining some bodyfat and 20mg var will not prevent this

    yeah i thought the calories may be a little high might tweak it a little to cut it down. thanks. only reason i wanted var was because i heard it was great to go with test e and give you great vascularity and keeps water weight off as well as putting on slight lean muscle gains although its expensive would clen be good to run with it?
