brand new to this and trying to do my research first...ok stats first im 31 and on a workout of 5 sets of 5 from 50 to 90 percent of my 1rm im trying my hardest to put up 400 by year end but have he a flat spot in my workout ... im getting 325 at my 90 percent fifth set for 3-5 reps ( three on heavy work days five on well rested days ) but im stuck here... so now why im here i dont really want to resort to injections or tabs as i feel like im just giving in to the results of them and not putting in my hard earned work but they become more and more appealing.. ive heard so many bad things about tabs and liver issues and it seems between cycle support pct and the cycle itself this could become and expensive science project... so if anyone could give advice on if you were me and wanted to start a cycle what would it be please be as specific as possible from dosage to cycle support pct and choice of tab or injection used... as this may be my deciding factor in using .. ty
