    Best time to use clen?

    What is the best time to use clen? Towards the end of a cycle or during pct as I've read it can be anti catabolic?

    35yrs old 6ft 210lbs bf% ? Have 6wks left of current cycle an will be wanting to lean out a bit an I realize diet is 1st an foremost but I'm just wondering if Clen is a worthwhile addition to achieving this an aiding in helping maintain as much mass as possible. I've read it can have anti catabolic effects also but will be the first to say I know very little which is why I'm here.

    Ok. Good feedback. Personally I'd try to achieve your goals by adjusting your nutrition. Most of the loses will be cleaner and sustainable long term. I've seen clen running before and at the end if a cycle - before to drop bf and after to maintain lean gains and keep fat low. I'm personally not a fan of clen. I don't think the risks, no matter how minimal are worth it but that's just my opinion. Some of the vets here can share their opposing views as I know many have run clen or ECA stacks for weight loss/management.

    When running clen, keep close watch on your BP bro. It can get pretty crazy if you lose track. I'm not a big fan either, too many sides for me. My 2 cents.

    Clen will only give you a tiny edge. Not worth it for the tachycardia imo!

    Clen will help you stay leaner during the PCT phase but the anabolic properties of Clen do not appear to be significant in human beings. The anabolic claim surrounding Clen came about due to a study on rats. The rats experienced significant muscle growth when given Clen. It was thought it would have the same effect on humans but it doesn't appear to do so.

    Personally, I prefer Clen strictly as a fat burner during a cutting cycle. Granted, this stuff can be annoying to run and you do ned to keep things reasonable and under control.
