dude...before u say something ask about the diet....and it is not me it is a friend he eats more than i do...he cant grow!!! there is something wrong, the gear is good, but his body isnt growing....!

What is he eating, and what's his training like? And what is his cycle?

I eat more at maintenance than all my friends who have 20lbs on me. Not everyone is the same. If u can grow on 2800 calories, doesn't mean he can. Tell him to see a doctor and make sure everything is fine. If so, he just needs more calories. Maybe he has a tape worm

his diet:
Meal 1: whey protein 30g + 1 cup oats
Meal 2: 120g chicken breats + 1 cup rice + brocoli
Meal 3: same
Post workout: whey protein 30g
Meal 5: 120g steak + sweet potatoes + spinach
Meal 6: same
Meal 7: cottage cheese + cucumber
casein 30g before sleeping....
and the shit is not bunk... he tested it in a lab it is good, other took the same shit and they got freat results
the cycle is 8 weeks
week 1-8
tren a 75mg ed
test p 50mg ed
he is in the start in week 4 and no difference not even strength gains in the workout

No wonder he isn't growing. It's his diet. Tell him to replace those shakes with animal protein. He needs more food in his diet, lots of carbs and animal meat. If he is a full ecto-morph like it sounds like then he will need to eat well above TDEE to gain. I eat 1,000 cals above TDEE to gain and I am ecto and meso morph. Tell him to get some eggs in the morning (3 full 4 whites), drink full fat milk and plenty of it. Tell him he can even eat simple carbs especially in the morning and after a workout. Eating only complex carbs is more for guys gain fat easy (IMO). Hope this helps him. I know how it feels not to gain weight, i have been there. Just wish someone told me about nutrition 10 yrs ago.

One of my favorite calorie stacking meals is whole wheat pasta, Beef, Sauce (spaghetti), with a couple cups of milk. Ends up being like 700-800 calories if you eat a good size plate.

In all honesty i've eaten worse than that and still progressed.
What's your friends stats? Sorry, should have asked that before.
And his training?

Cycle only 8 weeks? Most ppl get results 5-6 weeks out in a cycle. Why stop when the results start? IMO 12 weeks should be used.

I'm on the app and my eyes hurt. Just noticed the "same" meals.
Really need stats and preferably calories at least on those foods. No way to tell without portions but just by guesstimating.... Barely around 3000-3200.

I am no diet guru but my first thought is lack of carbs . I think his stats and full macro breakdown would be good to see.
Also..not that the amount of AAS is bad but it's also far from a huge gainer. It's a starter course for tren at best.
