In my experience you need to be quite lean to see anything from winny. Not that var is magic at high body fat, but var did me good at 15% BF while winny didnt do much. Winny is far more toxic, if that's of concern. Both hinder cardio for me.
I think Var is more effective if you're trying to burn fat. If you already lean and want a hardened vascular look then do the winny

I would take a small break between the 2 if it were me. Even if only like a couple of weeks. Just me. Winny is brutal on the liver (trust me) and although var is milder, it is still a 17-alk and survives the first pass. Make sure you take your UDCA from the site sponsor. Good luck!
