Dropping weight not going up!?? You experienced guys experience this?

Ok guys, ive been slingshot cycling now for a year and 3 months. Did you guys get to a point where you actually started going down in weight and not meaning too? My bf% has come way down, night and day from when I was at 6-8 months. Seems right around a year it just started falling off. I've maintained my density and muscle size, my eating habits are not much different? Just curious if you guys could remember your first year or soo and what you experienced?

If you gain LBM then your daily caloric expenditure increases. Meaning you can't eat the same diet and expect to keep growing you ahve to eat more the bigger you get!

Time to start eating more. Your basal metabolism has increased from the gained muscle. It takes more fuel just to do nothing.

Well Dec11, I did take an extended 8 weeks off back in April I believe, I was on TRT prior to running the slingshot protocol. What do you recommend Dec11?? Austinite, hell no. My DNP days are over :/ I use to beable to scarf down food daily, now its harder than ever? I hate food, I hate Chicken and Beef and protein shakes make me gag every time I drink one!!!!! Even my beloved eggs give me the shivers when I think about eating them.

Weight comes down to one thing and one thing only....You eat more then your maintenance calories you will gain weight, eat less you lose weight. Bottom line.

So obviously you're just not getting in enough calories. Unless you defy the laws of physics....Of course
