We've had a similar conversation before you and I so I won't dig up the past. You know my stance on the way things happened and all I asked was that you kept giving it to me straight because some of your reasons were honestly shallow. I'm not holding that against you, but when new guys come here looking for advice, you of all people should be able to relate. You're the same age and their reasons are most likely the same as yours (buddies are doing it; I don't want to be the small guy; I want girls to notice me; etc.). You should be able to relate and connect with these guys perhaps even better than the vets who may forget what it's like being young and looking for quick answers. The vets speak from experience and some have made the mistakes in their youth ad clearly don't want guys your age to compromise their health - now or long term.

I'm not recommending you invite these new guys in with open arms and encourage dangerous behaviors, but instead of leading with the canned answer "you're too young" why not impart some of the "wisdom" you've gained this far.

Admin started a thread on this a few weeks ago about the negative and some times condescending comments directed at the younger guys. Of course we don't want to see anyone hurt, but you know better than most that the majority of young guys are going to do this anyway (much like you did). That doesn't mean we should abandon hope and just tell them to go ahead and do it, but instead of your pretense that the young shouldn't do steroids (when you are I fact the very person you say shouldn't do it), recommend they don't and advise them WHY (i.e. health risks). You won't make anyone do something the don't want to do but at least we can try to raise awareness of the risks so they understand the potential dangers and risks.

As far as me being a hater, far from it. I spent a lot of time as you'll recall in the beginning making recommendations for you and when you gave me your lame excuses, I let it go because honestly, what you do to yourself (and your gf or the other girls that are apparently head over heels for you....ya I read that thread too) is your call, sport.
