    First cycle suggestions

    M considering starting gear but I'm not sure what to take. My goal is to gain muscle and strength. Most of my research is come up with dbol and winstrol info.

    No, you do not want to run dbol and/or winstrol for your first cycle. You have a long road of research ahead of you but this site has all the information you need. You need to start with a test only cycle.

    What are your stats?

    Stats:

    27years old, 215 pounds, 6'1",trained on and off for about 12 years, my diet at this time is horrible. I started out at 245 pounds and dropped to 215. My goal is to lose the belly fat and bulk up to about 250-260.

    Anthony, first thing to do is head over to the Nutrition section and post up your current diet including macros. then adjust it to fit your goals.

    My diet is horrible. I fell off the wagon so to speak. Basically I eat 3,000 calories a day of anything and everything. Burgers, fries, sodas, etc. When I was losing weight I cut back to 1,900 calories a day. Still pretty much ate whatever though.
