    Question on time ........

    How long after a 4 week pct cycle of comid and nolva should you wait before going back on cycle ????

    The rule of thumb is time on time off so if u did 12 weeks on after your pct wait 12 weeks to get back on

    so if I did 12 on then 4 weeks of PCT right after.......wait another 12 weeks or just another 8 ????

    TIME ON + PCT TIME = TIME OFF.

    12week cycle + 4 week pct = 16 week wait
