    injection question

I just have a quick question for you all..So I have injected 6 times now aspirated every time with no blood rushing into the syringe and every injection has gone smooth so far in my glute I haven't even got any blood on the alcohol pad after the injection..My question is if you were to inject into a vein or it was to get into your blood stream how long would it take before you were to start to feel the effects from it???What would the effects be if this were to happen with say what i'm injecting 200 ml of test 400 per shot

Did you mean 2ml, 200mg, or 200ml? That's a big difference. A 2ml shot directly into a vein would likely cause respiratory discomfort (coughing, labored breathing), pain (tightness in the chest), light headedness or dizziness, and increased heart rate. In most cases 2ml isn't enough to cause cardiac collapse or failure but as a general rule it's best to avoid mainlining your gear. If you are in a vein, you would start to feel some of the symptoms mentioned before all 2ml was delivered.

if you were to inject directly into vein, i reckon you will keel over in a fit of coughing before you get a 1/4 of the oil injected

you may occasionally nick a vein etc but in general it is not something that i worry about

I had all those things happen to me last week. I was clear when I aspirated, but I didn't get much gear into me before I tasted it and my heart started pounding. I had a second or two to pull the syringe out before the coughing and tight chest hit. I laid down when I got lightheaded. A minute or two later I changed needles and finished without incident.

It will happen to everyone eventually.

If you were going directly into a vein I would think it would hit even faster so you wouldn't anywhere near 2ml in.

No problem. I sort of assumed you meant a 200mg dose as a 200ml injection would be ridiculous! Lol

A 1/2 ml isn't going to do much more than make you cough a lot and cause some tightness in the chest (from the coughing mostly).

Yep. Pretty scary when it happens but you are correct. In most cases you won't make the full delivery before onset of symptoms and they are significant enough to stop you from finishing the injection.

Glad you made it through your episode!
