Did you mean 2ml, 200mg, or 200ml? That's a big difference. A 2ml shot directly into a vein would likely cause respiratory discomfort (coughing, labored breathing), pain (tightness in the chest), light headedness or dizziness, and increased heart rate. In most cases 2ml isn't enough to cause cardiac collapse or failure but as a general rule it's best to avoid mainlining your gear. If you are in a vein, you would start to feel some of the symptoms mentioned before all 2ml was delivered.
