    Yet another var test thread

    Hey ladies and gents, now there are about a million posts out there on this subject and i have read many of them but i am still trying to decide the right thing to do for me. I am 5'11 185 and 10%-9% body fat. I have done 4 cycles in the past. I used to be into bodybuilding but now more into boxing/martial arts. My goal is LBM strictly, this being said, I am hesitant to run test with my planned var cycle, i know the pros and cons on each of the options but wanted to hear some other opinions. I can only put on around 5 lbs and have read many successful posts of mma and anavar. Im going to run anavar 8-10 weeks 60 mg a day, my question is the test, i dont want to run prop either and i know it is the best option.

    pros of a low does of test 125mg x2 a week - can help with the shut down issue-sense of well being-good combo with var-base of all cycles possible better results

    cons of a low does of test 125mg x2 a week - bloat - have a slight case of gyno already, If i run a AI it will be hard on my joints and hurt my training - more mass-

    many different opinions out there on a var only cycle. I have never ran var before thats why i am asking for some input

    Test does NOT cause bloating!!!!!!!!

    Due to the pumps Var van make mma type training very difficult

    test dosnt cause bloating? riiiigggghhht, im not running prop, it would be cyp. I am aware of the pumps, people are effected differently so ill see how it goes. Any input on the gyno issue? Think it can flare up with a low dose?

    bloat and gyno issues can be easily countered with an ai, like you mentioned in your op. since you're only running very low dose test, you can get away with very low dose ai too. that should limit the potential sides that you are worrying about.

    to be extra cautious, have nolva on hand in case gyno starts and you dont feel like increasing your ai.

    technically, Lunk is right. its the estro that causes bloating. so with the right ai dose, you can counter that.

    anyone else with experience running similar cycles, with the same goals in mind ? Anavar alone, anavar and low dose test.

    I've done both, anavar/test and anavar only. Anavar/Test is a better cycle. I ran a pretty low dose of Test @ 250mg/wk with 80mg/ed of var. Not much weight gain, about 8 lbs in 6 weeks. Var only cycle gave me a subtle gain of about 4 lbs in 6 weeks. Got leaner and tighter. Both are doable and good cycles.

    Test doesnt cause bloat. Estrogen and bad dieting does.
