I am a newbie (I have been gyming for quite a few years though) and have only done 2 cycles in last year and a half, first was Test E only.
Second cycle was 14 week Test E 375mg/week deca 250mg/week - I got very good bulking results from this cycle. I am 34, 6'0, and went from 210lbs to 237lbs. Currently I am 226lbs.
I now want to cut down.
Any advice on the following cycle would be greatly appreciated.
Week 1-14 Test E 500mg/week (250mg Mon, 250mg Thur)
Week 7-14 Anavar 40mg/day (I know it should probably be higher, but can't get hold of anymore)
Week 15-16
Week 17 Nolva 40mg/day
Week 18 Nolva 40mg/day
Week 19 Nolva 20mg/day
Week 20 Nolva 20mg/day
Am thinking of taking 0.50 Arimidex EOD - is this required? Want to stop as much bloat as possible.
I am lifting weights 5 days a week and for cardio I do a 45 minute walk first thing in the morning and 20 minutes of rowing machine in the evening.
All the gear is quality human grade and it is basically all I can get, I know there are other options to stack with but I don't have access to any of them. Same goes with PCT options.
I will be supplementing with milk thistle, vitamins, bcaa, glutamine, fish oil and good quality protein. Is there any advantage in taking creatine as well?
I can get hold of some clen, but not sure of the correct dosages, any advice?
