Advise on getting started
Hi guys, I'm new to this website and have only recently began to research steroids so would be very greatfull of any advise I could get from more experienced people. When I began training 3 years ago I was quite skinny and underweight, now with the right training, diet and protein shakes I've built to a good shape and healthy size. Now I would like to push further and start some real building of strength and size. Could you please advise what I should start of with are injections safer and more effective than oral, how long of a course, how much per week and if i should be taking anythin post cycle? I'm 24, 6ft, male, 80kg, not sure about body fat but pretty low I imagion as I train often.
Thanks again for any help or advise you guys might have for me.

Welcome.
Test E is always recommended for a first cycle. Personally, I would put on another 10 lbs naturally before you do anything. You've done a great job growing naturally, continue for a while and you'll have a better starting frame @ 6 foot tall.
Best of luck.

Most people hit a wall because they dont change their diet. A diet will only work for so long.
Anyway, if you want to cycle, check out the educational threads and do a lot of research. When you feel you have an understanding of beginner cycles, propose one to us and we can critique it for you.
Best of luck.

I see this all the time, people doing the same thing at the gym over and over with no new results. As Austinite says you need to change it up. Diet and exercise routines need to constantly evolve or they become just that ROUTINE and the body is highly adaptable.
Switch things up regularly, spend some more time doing research on AAS and get that base up another 10lbs.

Agree. There are a variety of techniques that will get you past your plateau. Ronnie's slingshot method is one. Good read. Sometimes, you have to step back to move forward. This means that your body responds real well to a new routine the first three or four weeks, then it adapts, and your gains start to level off. One way is to hit it real hard in the gym for three or four weeks, and then take a week off, and only do light weights, two sets, and then get the hell out of the gym after 20 minutes. Some just take the whole week off. then when you come back to the gym, try to have some different routines and then hit those real hard for three or four weeks, then step back again.
Again, sometimes you have to step back to move forward.
There are many guru's out there that teach methods similar to this. But to stay in the gym, doing the same thing week after week, month after month, and only see miniscule progress is madness!
Good luck!
