I will be doing the lean bulk diet. I was at 13% bodyfat during august, but i started taking creatine and eating a ton to bulk. What are your opinions?
will the winstrol help me lose, am i timing this cycle right or should i wait closer to beach season. I was told the winstrol is a waste. My main goal is to just gain some size and get nice and cut. im not looking to be a jacked gorilla.
