    Post ive done some research on my first cycle and this is what i came to

    1) Age 24
    2) Weight and Percent BodyFat 15-17%
    3) Years of Consistant Training experience 3.5
    4) Previous Cycle experience 0
    5) Training routine and Diet 6 day hypertrophy plan, every other week 2 days cardio(replaces leg days)
    6) Cycle Goals dry muscle gains with fat loss

    Week 1-12 Testosterone-Enanthate 250mg-500mg per week
    Week 7-12 Winstrol 50mg every other day
    Week 13-15 you will take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
    Week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
    Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day

    I will be doing the lean bulk diet. I was at 13% bodyfat during august, but i started taking creatine and eating a ton to bulk. What are your opinions?
    will the winstrol help me lose, am i timing this cycle right or should i wait closer to beach season. I was told the winstrol is a waste. My main goal is to just gain some size and get nice and cut. im not looking to be a jacked gorilla.

    Test would or should be at 500mg ew, I do not see and AI, you should run clomid with your nolva for PCT, Winny would be taken ED due to it's short half life, Winny will yiels better results with an already lower BF%. Consider getting to 12% natty before running your cyle or drop the winny.

    start pct at wk 15 not 16. i would also include hcg on cycle @ 250iu 2/wk.

    Agree. Clomid/nolva for PCT, add HCG on cycle and an AI such as Adex... and lose the winny.

    is there anything that i can use to help me lose bf faster? when i was cutting i tried for the longest time and i hit a wall at 13% I'm 6'1 and my lowest ever was 206 i cannot break that wall.

    That has everything to do with diet and cardio. if those arent fixed, no compound will work.

    Clean diet and cardio.

    *^^^^^^ drop all carbs for a couple of weeks and up cardio to an hour a day, I bet that will break a plateaux

    i was reading about keto diets. theres not a lot of protein.. how are they with muscle destruction same with cardio, im scared to death of losing what i have due to cortisol build up.

    What's your weight ? It's omitted from your stats.


    Increase protein to 250 grams. Medium Carbs before and after workout only. Keep fat as low as possible. Your body will shed the fat first, it should get you down to 11-13% if you do it long enough that is.

    currently 225. i have no problem getting down to 13% i just cant get lower. when i measure i use the durin wormsley with the caliper.

    personally i use the jackson / pollock method 3 sites, i tend to lose ab fat last, the sites in your method i hardly store any fat so measurement is unreliable at low %.

    drop more carbs, any muscle loss will quickly be regained when AAS and carbs are introduced/

    when do i use AI?
