Hi im Faz lets say ive taken testosterone e 4yrs ago for 2weeks once aweek jap and then i got financial problems so hard for me to train. Will there be side effect n is theres any changes to my body? Kindly advice how do i recover from this?

how old are you? 2 weeks of test e at a sensible dose shouldn't have caused any issues and does not require PCT. Are you experiencing any issues today?

Austinite thank you for you response appreciate it. Im 23now im just suspect that my chest till now no improvement thats why im quite worried wether thers got to do any with the testo i took 4yrs back or the training n nutrients are not properly plan.

That shouldn't have anything to do with chest development. If everything else is growing then you need to re-evaluate your chest workouts. If you haven't changed anything in years, it will probably not develop. Doing the same thing over and over with no results, will not suddenly bring results. This goes for diet as well.

Drop the bars and use DB's for a while.
