    Thumbs up Test E cycle with add ons i need a little help.

    Week 1-12 Testosterone -Enanthate 250mg-500mg per week
    Week 13-14 you will take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
    Week 15-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
    Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day

    I was advised to add on clomid, Hcg(during my cycle). for the clomid and hcg i dont know the dosages or the days to add them in. all help is appreciated

    You need to first choose how much test your running go for the 500 mg wk.
    HCG on cycle 250 iu 2x a week
    add the clomid wk 15-19 50/50/25/25

    That is if your have a solid base many years of consistent training, diet and exercise routine on point. As you have given no stats/experience

    my plan was to run 250 to see how i feel then up it to 500. what do you think about that. maybe give it a week or 2. The hcg starts with day one?

    250mg is a trt dose and honestly if your going to shut down natty production then make it worth it. 500mg is still a normal begginer dose.

    Not to mention the fact that you will not expect to see gains on long estered test until week 4 or 5 so you may as well have the right dose from the beggining...no bumping.

    What are your goals bro? If thats you in the AVI I assume your looking to bulk up. You need to post a diet in nutrition because my guess is you will need to eat more...if thats your goal??

    Yes run the HCG from the start. Test 2x/week 250mg M/TH HCG 2x/wk 250 iu W/Sat

    yea thats me. i bulked up a lot since then put on about 8lbs with some fat. im aware of the nutrition I've done a lot of reading and came a long way. i used to weight 300lbs. so i shedded that now i would like to get some size. my goal is 210-215 around9-12% body fat. thats this years goal so meaning by summer. then ill see if im happy when fall rolls back around. im currently 6'1 220 so im looking to lose fat and get some dry gains.

    Honestly I would have never guessed 220...you look lean. Congrats on that from 300lbs...thats friggin great!

    Still...run test @ 550 mg per week divided by 2 injections 3.5 days apart for 12 weeks.

    And follow Fits advise on the HCG and clomid. Also you NEED an AI on this cycle and I didn't see mention of one????

    start with 250mg 2x per week and don't deviate from that throughout your cycle. as stated above, 250 per week is more of an hrt dose and not appropriate for a bb cycle

    i was 210 in that pic. i lost my lean thanks to universal gains and creatine lol. my ultimate goal is to hop on stage and get a trophy some day. im not looking to go pro just a little reward.

    Since this is your first cycle have you looked into AIs & are you prepped (have gear) in case you run into gyno?

    By the way 3ML syringes are perfect...no need for 5ML

    I notice his pct is 5 weeks.. Should it be 4.he got the cycle from the Site articles for beginners like i did. Everybody been recommending 4 weeks though rather than the 5 weeks the article shows..

    Actually you need to grab pencil and paper and figure out what it REALLY costs. The gear, AI and PCT is cheap. I will spend thast in 2-3 weeks just in the fkn grocery bill to support the cycle. What you had posted there for your cycle is not a big $$$$ cycle. Go read Austinites current cycle in members logs and try to spread sheet that bich. Its none of our businees what he has in it but I promise you wouldnt complain aout your expenses lol

    Yeah, it's the grocery bill that'll kill you. When I get in to fights with my gf about my gear use, it's rarely ever about the gear directly, it's about how much money I drop at the grocery store every week. And with the gas crisis that's going on in the west coast, you should expect that since the costs of transportation are going up, that your food costs will go up as well shortly.

    I'm just saying, you should adjust your food budget accordingly. This is another reason why people need to write out their diet (not that you haven't), so they know what they're buying and can help budget their money appropriately.

    i will have no problem with my bodyweight/protien ratio. its the carbs that kill me im italian so i love pasta bread etc. and along with that stuff comes the fats. so im gonna just try to live on chicken fish turkey burgs, brocheli, spinach, oats
