    Question Some help with cycle's [first time]

    Hey guys. I ain't doing this nor bought any of the products yet. But I'd like to get some opinions on a first cycle of DBOL. I'm not planning on doing this until I have had proper advice/experience.

    Note: I don't want to be bulky. I want lean muscle with some decent size.

    I am 1.78m tall and weigh 61Kg. I'm very well built, very healthy and low body fat. I have been lifting for 7 months now with some Serious Mass from ON in the past month. I have used one 5.4kg bag.

    I was very skinny when growing up, but now I gained 7kg in 7 months of good muscle not fat. I used to weigh 54kg's. I'm 18 and going to be 19 in a few months and I'd like to ask if this plan would be safe for what I want to achieve. I'll post pictures if necessary.
    I want to follow the "Novice Steroid Cycles I" on the steroid.com website. I just want to find out some other solutions that are safer to what I want to achieve.

    How tall are you in ft and inches???

    Pictures would be good mate and your daily diet before we start looking at a cycle...

    he says he's 18 mate, and by that avi he looks about 16........

    Your correct thats why i would like to look at his diet and other options like training so we may be in a good position to offer him other alternatives to aas....

    you are not anywhere near built, i looked like that when i was 14!! steroids would be an absolute disaster for you at this age and weight. 7kgs of muscle in 7mths is impossible naturally, anyone would be extremely lucky to put that on in a year

    Hey guys.....just so you know, this kid has started multiple threads tonight. He asked about OTC supps for "natty" gains. He then asked about doing orals first and injectables later, then he asked how to inject and finally he was told (and agreed) to seek help in the nutrition and training sections and stay away from gear for many years. He agreed but dropped some excuse about asking info for his 30 year old brother.

    Looks like he is trolling around until someone gives him the green light to juice it up.

    yep, quite a few trolls around, some even in the HRT forum dressed up as trt advice!!!

    Yes this member is 18 and at this point it is our duty to direct him in other more safe directions ie diet, rest and training however if he still insists on cycling then instead of driving him from the board and calling him a troll he will be given the correct advice on the safest cycle possible for him at his age.....

    These are the guidelines set out by the board owner. Now i understand that there are some here that completely disagree with this and will not deviate from their mindset, this i respect. So please offer safer none cycle advice where its warranted but also respect the fact that if the op insists on cycling then he or she will receive the advice required to cycle safer....

    It is not our job to drive members from the board because we don't like the fact that they maybe to young or not ready.....

    Sup. I'm going to be 19 in a few months. The avatar is from last year November when I was skinny like two sticks. I gained 7Kg's since then. But I'm still thin but average size now and was thinner, always hated the way I look so I decided to change now the cycle I want to start will only be test e.

    Lol. I haven't been posting multiple threads. I didn't say anything about a 30 year old brother, so I'm not sure where you got that from lol. I'm going to cycle its my choice I just want advice on the proper way to do it with a good PCT ect. Next year when I'm ready. I researched some good cycles will post asp.

    So you state you are very well built in one post and a bit thin in another post in the same thread. If that's you in the pics and you weigh what you say I assume you have no legs!

    Have you posted your current diet mate???

    And have you had a good read of the sticks pointing out the dangers of using aas at such an early age????

    Wow this is going to be interesting.Bro you make things hard on yourself by not being stright forward.Just do as asked and the help you want will follow.TIP Dont do a Dball cycle its a waste of time.

    Thanks. My diet is very bad atm, the only thing I know is that I consume about 3000 calories a day if I'm lucky but other days I'm not sure. Single parent. I have saved up and will be buying a proper diet plan end of year. My father has not paid maintenance till now. So i'll be able to afford all goodies i need ^^. I'm thin yes but I'm not skin and bones. I ain't near big just very min fat because of my diet. That's why I don't weigh much.
    I'm not lying, I think my term of well built is different to yours clearly. I was researching and I also wasn't too sure on dbol but I don't know what else is a good beginner cycle. What I'm trying to say is I have the shape and definition but I need size. The only way I look good is if I have no shirt on and you cant walk around everywhere with no shirt. Otherwise I look like a normal guy.
