winstrol and test e stack

need some advise before i shoot up today
can i take winstrol first every other day for 6/8 weeks
and test e 250 tuesday and thursday for 10 weeks or 12



i need to knw if i can run it same time?
or do test first for 2 weeks and then start the winstrol?

I dont unedrstand your question. you drinking the winny or shooting?. You can start winny later.

It takes Test E a few weeks to "kick in". It takes Test Cyp 4 weeks. Once the Test kicks in is when you want to start winny injections. Winny will work almost immediately in your body so you want the good Test base first.
