    Clen question

    So I've decided to run clen after my cycle for its anti-catabolic properties.

    My question is: do I start it right after my last pin or when PCT starts.

    My pct starts on the 18th of Oct and my last pin was the 4th. Should I start now an do 2 weeks on 2 off and end my pct with 2 on?

    From what I know about clen, I would suggest starting it right away, and then just running 2on/2off. I'm not sure if using during PCT effects it though, despite its anti-catabolic effects.
    What size pills you got? 20mg or 40mg? Have you used it before? Or are you just going to ramp up the dosage until you find the sweet spot? How long are you planning to run it for?

    Lots of questions, but I'm sure a vet or knowledgable member will provide a much more useful reply.

    I wouldn't do it. Maybe somebody who has used clen for its "anti-catabolic" properties would be able to guide you on how to use it. I think there is a general consensus that it isn't the greatest at burning fat nor does it have anabolic properties in humans.

    I tried it for fat loss. It did nothing that the diet couldn't of. I only got lovely cramps and mild shakes.

    I've heard at some doses it can be anabolic. I have yet to see/read real evidence for this.
    The anti-catabolic uses I have heard, but how much difference it actually makes, I don't know. With good diet, training and PCT you should be fine. That's the general impression I have from many threads on these forums.

    First time user. I am not sure about dosage. The bottle is at home and I am out and about. But general consensus would be to ramp up until I find the dosage I like.

    Agree, I think it's a sh1tty compound and there is a lot of talk behind this compound and not a lot of satisfied users.

    I was recommended by Marcus300 to use it after cycle and a few others but no one stated to start after pin or on first day of PCT.

    I have read many of your posts Sworder and respect your views. I like your opinion on front loading and will incorporate it later on.

    I would be interested to hear more about what you think about clen

    I am not saying it doesn't work at all. I have never been able to get any good results from it and I know many others who don't get any good results. Which is why I would like to hear from somebody who has gotten good results from clen, how they use it and what they think it is useful for.

    Some compounds work for everybody, like tren But some compounds I guess has selective users it works well on.. T3/T4 they are good, they will get stuff done! Clenbuterol, yes I have read studies which support lipolysis and some anabolic properties to a degree. BUT! The thought hits me.. If it is anabolic, why don't all the vets use it on cycle as part of a stack? If it truly is so good I would think it would be a staple of an anabolic stack leading to non-AR mediated effects just like hGH, IGF-1, and insulin...

    I am not saying that it doesn't work. It just seems to be a commonality that people get shakes, spasms, tachycardia or palpitations. And very marginal fat burning! Maybe you have to run it with high dose Keto or something dunno. I haven't gotten any positive effects though, it is great for energy though! I have to give it that!

    I've got a bottle for free so I think I will give it a whirl and see how I feel and what my results are like. When I eventually do a cut I will research more into the T3/T4!
