    Rate my first cycle !

    W1-10: Test E 500mg/week (250 tues 250 fri)

    W1-10: Arimidex 0.25mg EOD

    W3-10: HCG 500iu/week

    PCT- W13-16: Clomid 50/25/25/25
    Nolva 20/20/20/20

    Im 25, 5'5 and weighs 70kg. Been training for 5 years, previously done 3 clen +t3 cycles for my BMI checks annually.

    I have some proviron on hand, shld i add 25mg of proviron eod during my test cycle ? Thanks would appreciate any help!

    Run it 12 weeks and save any additional compounds (proviron ) for another cycle. Test is best for the 1st go!

    Otherwise it appears you have done your homework.,..make sure you have it all in hand before you start

    you can continue hcg even during the 2wk waiting for pct.

    pct doses might need to be increased. clomid 100/50/50/50, nolva 40/40/20/20

    Point noted, will increase the pct dosage.

    i will start a log once i've pin my first test tonight!

    Ok thanks for the advice, i will not use proviron in this cycle then

    Cycle looks fine I would increase your pct to clomid 100/50/50/50, nolva 40/40/20/20.
    You need 50 post for pm function to open
    Remember to increase the calories as your weight and size increases and make sure your diet is spot on otherwise your wasting your time and effort.

    personally i would wait until the third week to start up with the arimidex unless you know how to spot estrogen sides really well and are experiencing them earlier. saying this because if i started up that same cycle and began with the arimidex straight away it would nuke my estrogen levels and destroy my ability to do anything from gym to sex etc. if you had some BW done before the cycle began and found your E was high already then forget what i said and run it from the start.

    QFT. what i ate daily last month would barely be maintenance for this month.

    everyone responds differently. that's why it's pretty common and safe to start with .25mg eod and go from there. the first couple times i dosed at that level it was too strong for me and took a couple of days for it to clear out of my system before i could get back to training. now i cut the .25 piece down a bit and take it on the morning of my final work out day (3 days on, 1 day off) so that it doesn't bother my training schedule. you might find you need .5 eod, only BW and experience will tell you.
