Thread: First cycle help?!?

    Hi, I posted on her a few days ago regarding my first 'cycle'. I was considering Dianabol with winny for a short 6 week cycle. I was then advised on test E! I've researched this and it seems its only available as injectable! I'm not really keen on injecting, has anyone got any ideas on what would be a good beginners cycle?
    I'm 23 years old
    5'11"
    187 lbs
    And about 9% BF
    Been training for around 3 years.

    Orals like Dbol and Winny should ALL be taken with a Test base. The will shut down your natty test function and you won't be "the man" during that time. You need test to function properly

    Scared is an understatement! There's no way I could inject myself, I feel sick just by looking at them....

    All cycles need a test base as Lunk has pointed out. Are you aware of the problems that you could have later in life from using AAS at your age? Test only first cycle, no orals and especially not and oral only cycle..

    MOst of us went through the same thought pattern. I saw one of the vets the other day talking about passing out in the bathroom during his first injection lol. Its perfectly normal.

    Bottom line is do not do these orals without test!!

    So the general thing is I need to man the hell up and get over my phobia! If I manage to get over it what sort of doses and pct should I be using? I'll do some more research before I start too!

    And in reply to AXx yes I've done some research on problems later down the line, which is why I'm thinking if I do a short cycle then there's less chance of problems! Am I correct in thinking this?

    The human males endocrine system is normally considered fully developed by age 25. Until this occurs you are increasing your chances of having long term irreversable health issues suck as high BP, High cholesterol, ED and a life of TRT. You are not that far away and I believe you could benifit greatly from a solid diet and routine that can both be found here. In the mean time you can read and learn all you need to know about cycling so that when the time comes you will be better prepared and able to take full advantage of your first cycle.

    if you want some help...just holla and we can gladely get that diet and exercise routine tweaked to maximise performance and take advantage of your high test levels you have naturally.

    Thanks Lunk, I'll definitely hold off until I'm 25 then. I'll just stick to the 5-6 clean meals a day! What are your thoughts on carb cycling or carb backloading? I know this is the wrong section, but thought while I've got your attention I'd make the most of it! Lol

    What is your goal..I mean 9% BF is great!

    To add more muscle mass but keep as lean as possible as I don't look very big if that makes sense!

    It totaly makes sense. I suggest keeping track of everything you eat tomorrow including the macro breakdown and posting it in the nutrition section. Guarantee the diet will get you there then when your ready the cycle will work better if the base is built

    Thats the beginning of everything, must have a solid diet. It will only help once you get and start gear. Without it its a waste of time. Definitely hit up nutrition forum. Guys are legit over there. They'll get you on point.
