I know there is no right or wrong answer when it comes to this. It is just finding out what works for me. With that said I'm 30 yrs old 5'10 212 pounds 10% bf used with a caliper. My bench is 315x4, squat 375x8, deadlift 375x8. I don't like to go to low on reps because honestly its a little scary. I have done one cycle already with great results.
my first cycle I started off with test and deca for the first 4 weeks. I can't recall the dosages as I was still learning a lot. After 2 weeks I gained 7 pounds of muscle then decided to switch to tren and my strength and vascularity shot up. I ended taking euro teston 400 ml at about 650 ml a week and euro trenabol 250 at about 600 a week. I ended up weighting 212 looking pretty good but I should have eaten more calories. Anyways I'm looking to do it again in a few weeks meaning the tren and test but am looking to add either equipose or masteron. I got sligjt gyno from my first cycle so i would have to take something for that. I was thinking HGH however i would only be able to afford that for 5 weeks so idk if its worth it. I'm looking for size. Please help.
