    No not my first cycle. This will however be my first with a nandrolone and also with var. I know ppl will say one new aas per cycle. I have experience with test ethers p,c, and e. And orals dbol and halo.

    My goals are to have lean, quality, steady gains, with as little water retention as possible.

    I was a lil disappointed with all the water weight I lost after my last cycle that I thought was muscle gain (test e & dbol cycle). I still def. would call it a successful cycle tho. Once I shed the water, I am looking even more defined and added a few lbs of lean mass.

    You are light and have low bf already. I think you can do a better cycle then the one you propsed and have much better lean gains while adding mass and staying trim. If you have already purchaed all that gear disregard all of this.

    Ok well we have a lot of options, the main thing is lining them up with your goals. Your pretty vague about them, let's get some solid goals that you want on paper and we can go from there. Like numbers on weight, bf% and time frame.

    Not quite sure what you're asking here. I'm looking to increase my lean muscle mass as much as possible, while maintaining or even decreasing body fat, and all with as little water increase as possible. I couldn't tell you a target weight I'm trying to get to, the more solid quality lbs I gain the better. But again, I'd rather only gain a few lbs of decent muscle, than a ton of water that I will just lose post cycle.

    I like the cycle looks good but you do seem light and I would concentrate on your diet if your looking for tissue gains out of this cycle otherwise it will be a waste of time, food is the key if you want to build tissue. Best of luck

    Yes, I agree my diet will be the most important part. I'm planning well ahead this time to do it right. I've got some time before I am going to start to get my macros all sorted, thanks

    I love Tbol as a kickstart...like a slower less effective Dbol but with real (keepable) gains!

    You will need to run it higher than Dbol though...start at 80mg and if you can handle the pumps work up to 100 or so!

    You could but I wouldnt overlap the 2 orals if thats what your talking...or you just talking Var instead of Tbol??

    Ya I'm thinking var instead. Wanting to have lean gains. I've tried dbol and I know tbol is somewhat similar, just less water and steadier gains. I think I want to try anavar after reading about it...

    I'm placing my order tonight when the black Friday sale starts, and it's down to a choice between two orals...

    1) tbol 50mg/ml 30 ml

    2)TNE Smash (75mg test non esther, 25mg adrol, 25mg dbol )

    So I know with the tbol the gains will be slow and steady and more dry, but the strength and size won't be nearly as much. Yet I know the smash will be more bloat, but so much fun!

    My goals are to bulk, but I didn't want to inflate and deflate post cycle. You think I could keep gains from the smash? Or are the tbol gains gonna be way more quality and keepable?
