Hi, im currently in my 4th week of test e, this is definetly my 'kick in' week as this week strength has just increased and now i am noticng massive improvements in tone around my shoulder area and bigger harder looking triceps. I am also a massive walking boner. sex drive is crazy, causing me to shag as much as possible, or furiously wank 6 times a day!!
my stats, 6ft4, 218lbs, 25 years old.
im eating like a horse, between 4000 n 4500 calories a day, im just trying to grow nbuild as much size as possible. Taking 3 shakes a day and doing 4 day splits in the gym or chest n tris, back n bi's etc etc.
One question for you guys, ive lost weight compared to when i started, (hoping this is fat but didnt want this to happen) i was 221lbs when i started and now 218lbs..
Any ideas?
