Need help

Hi I'm 26 years my height is 6"0 and weight 175 pounds I need to get in shape ASAP. I will start my boot camp in February some friends told me to take winstrol . Any advices will be highly appreciated. Been at the gym for a month.

Continue going to the gym and check out the nutrition section, I am uncertain of your body composition 175 @ 6' you should be pretty skinny but am assuming now you have a decent amount of BF on a very thin frame??? You don't want to disturb your HPTA just for boot camp, you will get into shape Uncle Sam will make sure of it

Don't worry...boot camp will get you in shape. No need to do anything but run, situps, pushups, pullups and run until then!

the only anabolic you need for boot camp is food. getting in shape asap really has very little to do with AAS.

As a X Marine the only thing I can tell you is RUN! When your done with that RUN again.Like mentioned above you DONT need aas for bootcamp.Good Luck Bro!
