new cycle, shoulder pain, worried about my results

Hey guys. So i am on my second cycle, I am taking dbol tabs and winny injects, its going great, into my 3rd week. The problem is that I have just experienced significant shoulder pain and I am going to take a week off from doing any workouts from my chest and up (no bench, military presses, etc.). I am worried that my bench and military press gains are going to disappear. I am currently at the best I have ever done:
bench=245 for 5 sets of 10-12, i was just about the move up to 250 at the end of the week. same thing with miiltary press.

So i am worried that I am going to lose everything ive accomplished this past 3 wks....

I don't really know what your question is, but try switching to dumbbells if you haven't already for your shoulder!

Edit: Didn't see "significant shoulder pain", go get it checked out by a doc!

Go see a chiropractor and see how bad the injury actually is you might have to cut the cycle short and start PCT

I don't know of any "significant" shoulder pain/issues that will heal in a weak. Slight discomfort may go away, but if you're injured, I would stop the cycle. Get your shoulder checked out and allow it ample time to heal.

ya i guess i wasnt specific eh. Im worried that my lift gains are going to go to shit because of my shoulder pain. Its not a torn muscle, ive done that befoe and know what it feels like. its just strained. so im askin if my time off is going to screw up my lift gains.

You may need to have a Doctor do a MRI to see if you have a Rotorcuff tear.
