600lbs?
If you're maintaining 600lbs you are not eating right.
There is no way you weigh 600 lbs and eat fine. I wouldn't even recommend anything to help because I would be afraid of the effects on your heart. Make sure you get checked out by a doctor.
First of all steroids don't really help you loose weight. They help you keep the muscle you have while you loose weight through diet and exercise. I have had a food addiction problem in the past, my guess is that at your weight you do too. I had to address that before I ever lost any real weight and kept it off. If you want help with emotional eating you can send me a private message. Most people on here have never had that issue.
^ it's possible that he can't lose weight. Need more info before we assume he is emotionally eating.
OP, how long have you been going to the gym, what do you do at the gym? Also please post a typical day's diet.
I would consult a doctor about this, steroids are not the answer, maybe a gastric bypass he might recommend.

Consult a doctor, do not use steroids at all
Best.
I do weigh that much and I've gone to the doctors who all are surprised cause I have no health problems. Although I weigh this much I can lift more than I weigh. I play competitive sports in national tournaments. I eat 3 good meals usual baked chicken and salad or veggies and then have small snacks like grapes in between
I'm sorry but until I see pics, I'm not going to help, much less believe this story.
I have the muscle mass already that's not the problem
How do I post pics
