    Stretching the Fascia

    Anybody had any noticeable results of hypertrophy after starting to include heavy resistance stretching?

    Is "muscle memory" a myth or is it the result of fascia stretching? If not fascia stretching, how is muscle memory expressed?

    Fascia stretch training is intense. I love it.

    Do it and let me know how you like it. This meathod was developed by Jay Cutlers personal trainer and he implemented it with Jays training regiment .
