New cycle,,,need advice on bp and cholesterol

ok fellas ,,,my last cycle had me at times at 160/92 and im probably gonna need something to help that,,,,cialis ,is that ok to take throughout the cycle or does that come with sides,,,,im thinking i just need something light when my BP spikes,,,now cholesterol,,how do i deal with that one??

What do the lipids look like? Any recent bloodwork?

What did your AI look like? This was a huge issue in my BP control....One may consider dbl checking a diet for both reasons as well!

i havnt done bloodwork,,,so i dont know about the lipids but my i take liquidex and a low sodium diet,,im going to do a lil research on cholesterol .
