which cycle?
Hey guys speaking to few people and doing some research on here about working out which is a better cycle
Weeks 1-10 Testosterone Propionate pin 100mg E2D
Weeks 1-10 Sustanon250 250mg/EW Pin Mon morning
Or
Weeks 1-10 Sustanon250 500mg/EW pin 250mg Monday, Thursday
Weeks 1-4 Dianabol 40mg/ED
Or
Weeks 1-10 Testosterone Propionate pin 100mg E2D
Weeks 1-4 Dianabol 40mg ED
With one of these cycles will be doing a pct of the following
Pct two weeks after last pin of test
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Clomid 70/70/35/35
This is based on some of the research I done here looking at steroid profiles and looking at MEMBER'S CYCLE RESULTS. I also read that our bodys can handle max of 1gram of test a week but then again every ones different and these cycles I have here are well under so what you think?

hey mate id just go with a simple test prop cycle first, 8 weeks is okay. your better of sticking to 1blend rather than a multiple blend such as sust, just see how your body reacts first just incase you come across any sides. it will be easily determened whats causing them, chuck other compounds in the mix and it gets a bit more tricky. also i didnt see any hcg or an ai mentioned?? run hcg up until pct and run an ai such as adex during cycle to keep estro levels controlled.
100mg of prop eod would be a good starting point for you. as long as your diet,training,supplimentation and rest is all diald in you should see some nice gains....good luck mate. and dont think about running a cycle if your bf % is over 13 you will be more prone to sides.Last edited by btern; 10-11-2012 at 08:36 PM.

maybe consider getting that body fat % down a tad it wouldnt hurt mate. the less the body fat the less youll be prone to sides.you can acheive this with just clean eating alone. your stats arnt to bad though

If it's your first cycle I would go with a long ester. Get some Test E/C.
Get used to pinning, and experiencing changes and how to counteract sides. You don't want to start with prop pinning everyday and having everything hit you quickly before you realize what's going on.
Only my opinion though

With long esters the sides won't pop up so abruptly and you can monitor your changes closely. Personally on my first cycle I thought 2 pins a week was more then enough.
My first cycle I learned what spots were best to pin personally for me and how I reacted.
Now that i'm further down the road it doesn't seem so bad, but I only learned this from experience.

Solid first cycle
Weeks
1-12 test cyp 500mg EW (250mg pinned Monday morning and thursday night)
1-4 dbol 60mg Ed spread throughout the day
1-12 Aromasin 10-12.5mg EOD (hone in and adjust based on feeling)
1-12 HCG 250iu twice a week pinned same day as test
Pct
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Clomid 70/70/35/35
Eat like a beast, sleep like a princess, and train like the hulk.

I would agree. Leave the test prop alone if this is your first cycle. Test E or Cyp 500mg week

Not my 1st cycle heres my previous one i know its not right but thats why im here to make sure i get it right
1st cycle
1-8 weeks D-bol 40mg ed
2nd cycle
1-10 weeks Sus 250mg 500mg/EW pin Mon,Thus
3rd cycle
1-10 weeks test e 500mg/EW pin Mon,Thurs
This will be my 4th and want to try a stack and do it right
