Bicep injections?

Can someone explain to me how to do it or where to go to find out? How many ml can be injected? What size needle?

Flex the bi and find the middle of the peak, relax the arm and inject in that spot. I use a 25g 5/8" pin. I have gone as high as 3ml in each peak at once but I would start off at 1cc is each peak. Go here pics www.elitefitness.com/members/2thick/
