Sore glute

My right glute is sore as hell I am on my fourth week test cypionate injection 200 twice a week rotating each cheek ...I'm ppretty sure I hit a nerve or it's in my fat will it still get absorbed ...I'm worried that I wasted it.

If it is not red, swollen and warm to the touch you will be ok. Yes it will absorb wether its in fat, muscle etc... You may want to rotate in some other injection points delts, quads. Also you must be steady and slow with the injection, excess movement of the needle can cause micro tears in the muscle and lead to increased injection site pain.
