New to all this, I've been lifting for few years but I don't see much change (I'm a picky eater that doesn't eat much)
So my friend got me Deca 450 and Sustanon 250 to help bulk up.
Here is my stats:
20years old
6'5
140lbs
bf ?? no idea but I'm bony as hell

I don't trust the guy a lot so that's why I came here to ask for advice and how I should proceed for my first cycle. Please I don't need to hear that I'm too young one more time.
