    First cycle questions

    Hi guys!

    New to all this, I've been lifting for few years but I don't see much change (I'm a picky eater that doesn't eat much)

    So my friend got me Deca 450 and Sustanon 250 to help bulk up.

    Here is my stats:

    20years old
    6'5
    140lbs
    bf ?? no idea but I'm bony as hell

    --

    I don't trust the guy a lot so that's why I came here to ask for advice and how I should proceed for my first cycle. Please I don't need to hear that I'm too young one more time.

    Ok...I wont tell you you are too young....
    I will tell you that you need to get your diet right and build a nice base before considering steroids. This may take 4 or 5 years

    I will say this..you have shown a level of maturity by not trusting a drug dealer and coming here for advise. Please continue this behavior and listen to solid advise that I am sure will be forthcoming in this thread. Welcome by the way

    Please don' take this wrong but you are scrawny and AAS won't fix that. You should weigh over 200 lbs and you will need to eat like it! The nutrition section is the BEST place for you. Most of us that cycle still ost there for diet help so don't feel brushed off.

    I read every where that test is recommended for a first cycle but I can't get it where I live..

    Everyone says that deca is a big no for a first cycle but I don't have much choice here. I really need to gain weight and get that slim cut that I've been dreaming about since forever.

    Ok so I wont say your to young, but if you won't eat you won't grow even with drugs so don't bother. Food is fuel, Food feeds muscle, exercise+food make muscles grow.
    You have to eat!!!

    I'm taking creapure + Gnc rebuilt mass (2 shakes a day). The problem I have with food is that I'm extremely picky and since I'm not from the US it's hard to find food I used to eat in my country.

    I was hoping that anabolic will help my appetite and force me to eat whatever I find because that's the only way.

    If you can not get test then get the thought out of your head entirely anyhow. Let's see how far we can get you with out it and I promise that you will be satisfied with the results. What do ya say brotha???

    6'5 and 140lb yeah you should definitely head over to the nutrition section get some ideas on a good diet plan for bulking. Work out your TDEE and the guys will help set up your macros hope to see you over there ! Good luck buddy

    Nope...doesnt happen that way...you simply have to choke it down but there are some tricks that help.

    Would you be interested in help with your diet and workout routine and dropping the dangerous idea of cycling right now. I would be glad to help and god knows I know how to bulk lol...hell look at my AVI lol

    right now your age is taking a big backseat to your more important issuie, and that's the fact that at 6'5" @ a buck 40 you have no muscle, none, zero, zippo!

    you need to eat! aas is the absolute last thing you need right now. your playground for the next 2 years should be the Nutrition section and the Workout section to work on your diet and a solid exercise routine, respectively. you need to put on weight!

    if you use aas now with your boney frame and lousy diet, any gains you develop will disappear faster than David Copperfield after pct - i GUARANTEE that!

    You seriously need to reconsider your
    approach about using steroids at 20yrs old. Shutting down your natural
    test what's not fully developed or running at peak can have some serious
    sides which are not pleasant. You really need to think about the risks
    involved because having low test, limp dick, low libido, erection problems,depression,
    fat gain, muscle loss to name a few are not what you really want in your
    20's.


    Another area what you need to address
    is your diet, if you cant gain weight naturally your not going to be able
    to maintain any kind of new muscle tissue built on steroids because your
    diet cant support any new tissue so you would be wasting your time and
    money.

    You need to build a solid base from
    yrs of training and eating the right foods to promote muscle gain, this
    is the key and this is something your going to have to master before moving
    onto to the next level. My advice is to check out the diet section and
    the bulking stickies and start slowly gaining and building muscle via diet
    and training. Do this for a few more years and you will be in a excellent
    position to start looking at steroids for the next stage.

    I WILL eat. If there is money involved in the story, I'll make sure to eat whatever I want. The problem is that I don't want to eat because even when I tried to eat I didn't see any change... It's all in my head. I'm sure I can adapt and eat 4 steaks a day if needed to!

    You still never answered my question. I see you posted in nutrition and please be wrned they are notr as fast as responses in Q&A but will help, so be patient.

    Are you willing to give up the idea of steroids if we can so you improvement the RIGHT way????

    Yes. I've never been fan of the idea of taking steroids at my age, it's just that I felt powerless so I decided to give it a shot.

    Thank you! Then I would ask that at least for know you spend your time in nutrition and let's start with diet. Give me/us 3 months and I will promise results! 230 over night NO but results. DEAL???

    We will give you the knowledge but the application is on you. Steroid use is no different. I know a guy who uses and eats crap never works out and all he has done is gotten fatter quicker. It all takes work...if it was easy the US wouldn't be so fkn fat

    I work out 5 times a week with a personal trainer. And I lift HEAVY. I used to train like a pu$$y but not anymore. I never fail to impress my trainer when it's about lifting heavy but god, I need to gain weight, not just strength!

    I hope you guys understand why I considered steroids, look at my damn body, looks like I just came straight from Ethiopia!!!




    PS: Don't mind my dirty toe, it's because of the sucks I was wearing and haven't taken a shower yet lol

    Mass gainers are just empty cals. and P90X is mostly cardio. Sorry but the op needs whole food and a solid gym routine!

    p90x is a excellent building block to the gym. it will give him good proprioception before diving into the weights and accidentally straining or getting hurt. as for the mass gainer he has no appetite so it will help get something in there.

    Geez dude, don't bother with the juice. Listen to what everyone is telling you, you'll be glad you did. Also, that seems to be quite a highly concentrated solution for deca.
