    Liver Protection

About to start the following cycle:
    wk 1-14 Test E (500 mg wk)
    wk 1 -12 Deca (400 mg wk)
    wk 1-6 Dbol (50mg ED)

I will be running and AI and HCG as well.
    PCT: Nolva 40/40/20/20

    Stats:
    6 foot
    195 lbs
    BF about 13-15 %

Question: What do you recommend for liver protection? I've been known to hit the bottle fairly heavily. I don't drink while on cycle or during PCT, but I want to ensure I protect my liver as best I can.

Keep in mind that the best thing to do is to get bloodwork done at some point so that you know whatever it is you're taking is working. You will get lots of opinions, none are right or wrong, it's just what works for some vs. others.

NAC and UDCA. I prefer UDCA for oral AAS because of Atominis write up. However, I use NAC daily with or without supplements. If you have a drinking problem, I would use the NAC daily anyways. Then I would get the drinking under control. Nothing wrong with NAC and UDCA while on cycle only. UDCA is not to be used for long periods of time,as they can negatively impact your HDL/LDL. Good Luck!

Hi Tin-Man. I have Liv52, Milk Thistle and UDCA on hand. I tend to kind of "cycle" them. I also go to AA meetings if you ever want to talk about it.

Thanks for the input. I'm gonna try to Liv.52. I'll get my bloodwork prior to my cycle and again after a few weeks. Do clinics typically run test levels when you get bw?

Tin-Man, no. The default panels are typically CBC and CMP. Hormonal assays are done if requested, a patient is on TRT, or your MD anticipates a problem with hormone levels.
