Hi all, I have anadrol 50, winstrol , and nolvadex . I'm also receiving test e. Can someone tell me a good cycle with those with a chart of some sort? Thank you

42 yrs old. 5'11' 182 lbs. bf maybe around 10 - 15 %. Working out regularly for last 8 years. not alot of cycle experience. played around with legal steroids about a year ago with no results.

MY goals are simply to bulk up and to look decent afterwards.

For a first cycle I would suggest only a long estered testosterone . Running one compound will give good gains and allows one to distinguish any side effects that may occur. If multiple compounds were used, one would not be able to distinguish which compounds is causing a side effect.

A simple first cycle can be:

Weeks 1-12 Test E or Test C at 500mgs/week (split into two injections during the week)

PCT: Start two weeks after last injection and will run for 4 weeks

Nolva 40/40/40/40
Clomid 50/50/50/50

Where each number represents a dosage for a 4 week

10-15% is a big spread...

No such thing as legal steroids lol ( I assume you mean prohormones lol)

Since this is your first cycle I would suggest 12 weeks of Test E or C at 500mg per week (split into 2 pins 3.5 days apart)

You will need an AI such as Adex or Ldex at .25 mg EOD

I would drop the winnie as it makes my joints hurt and will not provide much in the way of gains.

You have Nolva but will also need Clomid as part of your PCT

One last question for now I hope. I'm looking for needles to inject with. Test and clomid. Any good recommendations as far as where to get them and which to purchase? I was guessing 25mgs 1.5 in. But I wasn't sure about a good place to get them. Thanks again

The banner sells them as well. 25 gauge needles may take a while depending on the gear. I often use 23g. 1 inch for delts and quads, 1.5 inch for glutes
